Richmond 24 is a new short film from the makers of the award-winning cycling documentary Ripcor: Riding With Mamils. It follows two cyclists, Chris Hall and Chris Pressdee as they push their bodies to the limit to become the first people to cycle around Richmond Park for 24 hours – non-stop. Shot over the weekend of the Summer Solstice in June 2016 the film documents this incredible challenge; the blood, the sweat and the tears. The teamwork, laughter and champagne.
The challenge was not only an opportunity to set a unique cycling record. It was also to raise awareness and much needed funds for The PACE Centre, a charity Ripcor has supported for 10 years, that provides an innovative education for life to children with sensory motor disorders.
